order for you to receive your reports
through e-mail you need to have one
of three things that are all free of
charge and easily available over the
internet anywhere in the world.
First you must have an internet e-mail
program. Most people who have
access to the internet already use a
browser put out by Microsoft

© both of which come with an
e-mail program included. You should
be using at least version 4 of either of
these programs. If you are not then
you will need to get Adobe
Acrobat Reader © which will allow
you to use your current browser.
Our clients should determine if
they have the neccessary software and if
not then determine which they would
like to use. If ease of use is a
deciding factor then we suggest that you
download the newest version of Netscape
or Internet Explorer. These two
browsers have the Adobe Reader built into
them and no additional steps will need to
be taken.
Once the required software is
obtained you will need to send us an
e-mail message informing us that you wish
to receive your reports via e-mail.
When you receive your reports
they will be attached to an e-mail
message you will then simply need to open
this file and print it out. Even
our letterhead will print on the report!
Just like getting it in the mail but much
quicker.
